Check In Time: 3:00 PM
Check Out Time: 12:00 PM
Minimum Check In Age is 25 Years Old
Guests aged 17 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children
Pets are NOT allowed
The rates displayed exclude taxes, telephone charges, and umbrella or cabana rental fees.
We do NOT assess a catchall resort fee. The following are included with your room:
- Parking (or assess a daily valet parking fee)
- Wi-Fi
- Free morning coffee in our lobby
- Use of pool/beach towels
- Beach toys for the children
All of these things are included when you stay with us. You’re family and this is how we take care of family.
Reservation & Payment Policies
A deposit equal to the first night room and tax is due at the time of booking.
To cancel or make changes to your reservation, please call our Reservation Department at 1-800-433-7256 (toll free U.S.and Canada ) or 727-446-6777. For your convenience, we are open 24/7.

All rooms and interior space 100% smoke free
The hotel has a “Quiet Time” Policy in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum out of respect for other guests. Complaints may result in additional charges if it becomes necessary to compensate other guests.
