Minimum Check In Age is 25 Years Old
Guests aged 17 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children
Pets are NOT allowed
Parking is available on site for $25 per night, per vehicle
The rates displayed exclude taxes and umbrella or cabana rental fees.
Reservation & Payment Policies
A deposit equal to the first night room and tax is due at the time of booking.

Important Information
All rooms and interior spaces are 100% smoke-free. In select locations, guests may smoke provided they do not disturb other guests. Those areas include the pool, the tables in front of our inn and the observation deck.
The hotel has a “Quiet Time” Policy in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum out of respect for other guests. Complaints may result in additional charges if it becomes necessary to compensate other guests.
Beach Chair & Amenity Policies
Beach Chair Waiver
Guest acknowledges that use of the hotel’s beach chairs, umbrellas, and related equipment is voluntary and at their own risk. Guest assumes all responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to himself/herself, others, or to the equipment itself arising from the use or placement of this equipment, including injuries caused by wind, tipping, movement, or equipment failure. Guest agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses related to such use.
Amenity Fee Policy
A daily amenity fee of $25 plus tax will be added to your stay. This fee includes complimentary beach chair and umbrella rentals (a $30 daily value), two bottled waters and snacks upon arrival, in-room coffee machines and microwaves, access to pickleball and bocce ball equipment, and rooftop terrace seating.
